I have been completely transformed. I had been experiencing a lot of stress and deep anxiety. I now feel rejuvenated, more calm, peaceful, and grounded. In addition, I was deeply moved by the profound knowledge… [I] experienced deep rest, rejuvenation, and bliss. —E.K., Hartford, CT

It was one of the most important and transformational weekends I have ever had. I have never felt the benefits [of TM] so clearly as I do now. —D.C., New York, NY

Enjoy a TM Retreat from the comfort of your home

I took my first half-day retreat on Zoom in the comfort of my home. I followed along doing the asanas, pranayama, and meditation, and I was totally able to keep pace. The company of others during the retreat was very encouraging, and the questions and answers were helpful.

Immediately after the retreat, I felt happy to the point of being giddy! This almost never happens for me—normally I have chronic pain and insomnia.

[Our TM teacher] cautioned us that if we got a burst of energy afterward to pace ourselves. I did not think it was possible, but I did get that energy and calmly finished my day’s work and slept very well that night.

Since the retreat, my sleep has improved, and my energy has been a smoother, stronger, slow burn. The following week I even finished a project that had been stuck for several weeks.

For me, the online, in-home retreat was very affordable and absolutely effective. I am looking forward to attending as many as possible so that I can continue feeling better and accomplishing more with less effort. —J.B., Jackson Hole, WY

World Peace Assemblies

A World Peace Assembly (WPA) is an in-person weekend or one-week TM Retreat designed specifically for those practicing the TM-Sidhi program. A WPA provides deep rest and rejuvenation, and creates a positive influence for society and the world.

An online half-day option for Sidhas—the Extended Super-Radiance Program—is offered by some TM Centers.
