Synchronize your TM practice with meditators across the United States
Many meditators report a greater richness and quietness to their experience when they practice the TM technique with others at the same time—even from a distance. Setting a routine time to meditate every day with a group also helps makes it easier to maintain regular TM practice, which leads to even better results and more enjoyment of life.

To synchronize your morning and evening TM sessions with a group, choose from the two schedules below. Explore the schedule that works best for you:

TM Connect—Group Meditations with Bob Roth
This online program is offered every day at many times in the morning and evening, in all U.S. time zones. It’s free for everyone who has taken the TM course.
Bob Roth, CEO of the David Lynch Foundation and author of Strength in Stillness: The Power of Transcendental Meditation, is your host. He leads the 20-minute Group Meditation and shares insights about TM practice and tips for creating greater balance in life.
