The goal of Maharishi YogaSM asanas is to help culture a state of balance in the mind and body. These simple, natural postures enhance mind-body coordination and assist the body in gaining flexibility and strength. Scientific research has demonstrated the effectiveness of Yoga in general in improving many areas of mental and physical health.1

Maharishi Yoga asanas are specifically designed to help prepare us for smooth, settled experiences during our TM practice. This easy set of asanas is a great addition to our daily TM routine to balance the physiology.

Pranayama, a simple breathing technique following asanas, also helps to settle our mind and body and deepen our TM experience.
